    The rooms appear outdated, with broken showers and inadequate toiletries. Attention to detail is lacking, particularly with the room setups and maintenance issues like lukewarm water!!!

    comfortable stay but minor issues

    The staff provided excellent hospitality. Our Beautiful King Room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet featured a good variety of options, including fresh pastries that stood out. The city view from our room was amazing.

    however, we encountered a frustrating delay during check-in which slightly marred our arrival.

    Liked reasonable breakfasts!!

    The hotel was beautifully designed and luxury with decent employees with brilliant services. We stayed in a standard room which was huge. Very comfy bed and pillows, there were central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and flat-screen TV available. Everything was simply amazing😃

    Exactly what I think, no more, no less

    The Beautiful King Room was spacious and always clean. Breakfast offerings were good, particularly thanks to Rinthu, who expertly catered to my dietary needs. The warm cute atmosphere.

    Accommodation relatively centrally located on the main road. Room was big enough.

    Room service was not very good, sometimes it was missing, sometimes the laundry to be cleaned was not taken.

    Shower head calcified, had to jump from one water jet to the other. At check-in my credit card was charged with an additional payment, allegedly as a deposit - I did not understand. Departure was on 05-12 around midnight, breakfast for the 2nd day was charged anyway, allegedly there is no other way.

    Good gym, shuttle service to the stadium during the World Championships in Athletics.

    We have booked a room with a king-size bed well in advance. Was not available during the whole stay. Traffic jam to the city center. Metro station nearby, but unfortunately not yet in operation, soon it should get better.

    The staff were really nice. Breakfast offered fresh pastries each morning that were a highlight. Tip, Arrive early for better access to the sun by the pool area!
